Honey Herb Carrots
Prepares 4-6 servings
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Like a baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
Add peeled carrots into a mixing bowl. Add in all other ingredients - olive oil, honey, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Mix well and add to lined baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
