Za'atar Chickpeas
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This will help them get crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, za'atar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or add to salads for extra crunch!
